Right of Withdrawal

For purchases made at the gallery, in the studio, or by commission, the right of withdrawal does not apply. All such sales are final.

For distance purchases (online, email, or telephone), the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason, unless the artwork falls under one of the exceptions listed below.

- Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

-The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

-Commissioned or custom-made artworks

-Artworks produced specifically at the buyer’s request

-Signed or personalized artworks

-Limited editions once delivered

-Any artwork explicitly marked as non-refundable

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify Art by Stam in writing within the 14-day period. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs and transport risks are borne by the buyer.

Art by Stam does not repurchase artworks.
