1. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

Bank Transfer (for larger orders or commissions)
All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers. No payment information is stored on our servers.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and may vary depending on your location and the size of the artwork.
Prices are subject to change, but we will honor the price at the time of your confirmed order.
3. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Your order will be processed only after full payment is received.
4. Delivery
Shipping Method: We deliver via trusted courier services (e.g., DHL, UPS, PostNL).
Processing Time: Orders are usually shipped within 5–10 business days. Commissioned artworks may take longer (delivery time will be agreed upon during purchase).
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
International Shipping: Additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on your country.
5. Risk & Ownership
Ownership of the artwork transfers to the buyer upon full payment.
Risk of damage or loss during shipping passes to the buyer upon delivery. We strongly recommend inspecting your package immediately upon arrival and reporting any damage to the courier.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is damaged or lost during delivery, contact us immediately at info@artbystam.com

We will assist in filing a claim with the courier and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
7. Cancellation & Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your artwork (see our Cancellation Rights / Returns section).
Custom or commissioned artworks cannot be canceled or returned, unless damaged or defective.
